About Dr. Turetzky

Dr. Turetzky is a postdoctoral clinical psychology fellow at Brighter Life Therapy who works with adults seeking deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change in their lives.
Her approach is thoughtful, integrative, and grounded in depth psychology, meaning she helps clients gently explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape how they feel, relate, and move through the world. Many clients come to Dr. Turetzky feeling stuck, uncertain, disconnected, or curious about personal growth beyond surface-level solutions.

Dr. Turetzky is committed to creating a therapy space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique inner world. Sessions often focus on helping clients better understand themselves, process past experiences, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, meaning, and self-trust.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, Dr. Turetzky has specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration. For clients who are curious about this work, she offers guidance and integration support in a thoughtful, ethical, and clinically grounded way.

Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, seeking deeper self-understanding, or simply wanting a space to reflect and grow, Dr. Turetzky welcomes you with genuine care and openness and looks forward to supporting you in your therapeutic journey.
